Hotels: All the hotels booked by Navigatio including the ones we selected were good. Rooms were neat and tidy and breakfast options were available even for vegetarians. There was some snag in the last hotel booking which caused us to have to change rooms and some stress but the team were quick to help and respond and didn't leave us hanging at any point. Mr .Tarun from the firm got in touch personally to make sure the issue was handled. 3. Activities: all activities that we opted for were very well organised and fun and we were given instructions well in advance. 4. Internal travel: we had a couple hiccoughs with cab drivers and rest stops due to language trouble. But the team actioned it on our feedback. the rest of the internal transfers were very smooth and comfortable. 5. On ground communication: very quick and responsive using their travel app. Overall I would suggest Navigatio as a tour planner because they care about their customers , have integrity and good knowledge of the destinations and will make sure you are taken care of if inevitable issues may come up on your trip.
